Fitness at your pace in a private 1:1 environment . We always begin with a Fitness Assessment to determine the client’s strengths as well as areas seeking improvement. You will be coached on form for each movement as well as nutritional guidance throughout your entire time with us. Our goal is to help you build a healthy lifestyle and be there for you when motivation seems hard to come by.
Programs will be built around the outcome of your assessment as well as your goals. Working in 4-6 week blocks, beginning with mobility and stabilization/foundational work. Followed by muscle building and strength training. HIIT or Cardio is generally mixed in as we go along or in it’s own block entirely. We are big into resting, Meaning Deload or Active Recovery weeks are the key to all of this.
We utilize free weights in most programs, i.e. barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, etc. The gym is also equipped with top of the line cardio machines
