How long are the Personal Training sessions? Each session is 30 minutes in length. On occasion sessions may last a bit longer depending on the individual's abilities during each session. We may take a moment to dial in a new movement or answer nutritional questions, etc. Coming in a few minutes early to warm up is welcomed too.
Do I have to sign a lengthy contract? We have our clients fill out a waiver and an agreement for their purchased sessions. That contract is good for their entire time at MYSIDE FITNESS. With that said we only bill out 4 weeks each invoice. Clients are asked to give a 30 day notice before deciding to terminate their time us. Check our FORMS page for the downloadable Agreement.
How do I pay for my sessions? We use the Square payment platform. You will be billed every 4 weeks with a recurring invoice until you decide you'd like to end your training with MYSIDE FITNESS. Payments can be linked to a Credit or Debit Card and auto-draft is an option.
Do you offer guest passes? We currently do not offer guest passes.
Do I need an appointment for a consultation to see the gym? Yes, please fill out our communication form or call the number listed on the home page to set up a time to meet us!
Where do I park? There are 3 spaces directly in front of the gym. If those are full you are welcome to park out in the middle of the lot or along the spaces in the Mingo lot. Please DO NOT block our neighbors doors or overhead doors.
