1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

The Personal Trainer option is our specialty and most popular route.   Personal Training can take you to the next level in your athletic endeavors or in your daily life.  We offer 30 minute sessions.  Call to discuss our pricing options below.

Session pricing starts at $45/session. Available discounts listed below. 

Packages include:

  • 4/sessions (4 week block/1x week) : 0% off
  • 8/sessions (4week block/2x week) 10% off 
  • 12/sessions (4week block/3week) 15% off 
  • 16/sessions (4week block/4x week) 20% off

Please don’t hesitate to reach out and discuss your budget. We do our best to work within your means. We will do our best to find a way to make fitness accessible. 

LOCAL GYM MEMBERSHIP

Personal Training not what you’re needing?  That’s cool too! We offer a private gym atmosphere at a low cost.

$60/Month to Month or $40/month if paid 4 months in advance. 

No sign up fee!


For Month to Month memberships:

We do require a 3 month commitment & a 30 day notice if a member decides to cancel.


Payment is accepted via the Square platform and will be auto withdrawed monthly .

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Have a home gym, live out of town, or already a member at Crunch Fitness..?  Need help with direction or guidance of what to do in the gym? That's fine too!  We can build programming in multiple training styles.  We program in 4 week blocks.


We can bill bi-weekly or every 4 weeks.
