PERSONAL TRAINING & GYM MEMBERSHIPS

Fitness at your pace with your Personal Trainer . Sessions maybe 1 on 1 or small shared sessions.  If a private session is needed please let us know during consultation.  We begin with a Fitness Assessment to determine the client’s strengths as well as areas seeking improvement. You will be coached on form for each movement as well as nutritional guidance throughout your entire time with us.  Our goal is to help you build a healthy lifestyle and be there for you when motivation seems hard to come by.  

You may be an avid lifter or sports adjacent athlete and need that added benefit to your current training program.  We train many endurance athletes year round.  Off Season cyclists & local Triathletes have found a home at MYSIDE FITNESS.

Looking to prep for your next or even your first Powerlifting meet?  Getting ready for this season's Tulsa Tough Crit racing or Grand Fondos?  Maybe gravel racing is your thing and you've got your eye on Unbound Gravel or The Midsouth.  Body limitations or previous injury?  We have worked with many clients over the years from all avenues of life.  Each with their own unique set of goals and body types to get to those goals.  We have 3 trainers working out of our gym with various expertise in each of these fields of training.  Check our bio pages to see who's the right fit for you!

Personal Training not what you’re needing?  That’s okay, we have memberships available as well. Use our low key gym atmosphere to get a solid workout in without having to wait for machines or racks to open up. Personal Key Code.  Near 24 hour access. Check the Pricing tab for more information.

So what are we picking up?

You will be coached on how to use a barbell for many lifts.  The beginning will be spent learning the Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift, Bench Press and Bent Over Row.  


We will build on this foundation to incorporate variations of these movements as well as implement them into circuit work if the client prefers.  


Nutrional guidance is part of this program too.  We will go over Macro intake, Food selection and the different nutritional intake approaches that so many people have questions about.
